My grandma e-mailed my mom this link about some kind of meat(?) … she told my mom, ‘maybe this will make dacia eat meat again’. No, grandma. No. I choose not to eat meat for moral reasons, it’s a conscious decision I make. I am not vegan for myself, I am vegan for the animals. Unfortunately my mom thinks me being vegan will make me weak/malnourished in the long run, because she knew a vegan in highschool that was malnourished.  No, I am not unhealthy, lethargic or malnourished because I no longer consume dairy or meat. You can be vegan and still eat like shit. Believe it or not eating a plant based diet is healthy. It is insane how people are so quick to judge. Even more insane how close minded people are to veganism. It is not just a diet though. Understand that.
